Dear Torey Pines Homeowners,

December and January have been busy months for everyone, and the Board recently completed another meeting. We wanted to share an update with the community summarizing the items reviewed at the January, 2026 Board Meeting.

1. Property Management Contract

The Board reviewed a new contract proposal from Southwest Property Management (SWPM). After discussion, the Board decided not to accept the new contract and will remain on the current agreement, which expires at the end of 2026.

2. Landscaping Update

The new landscaping company, Hogan, has received positive feedback for their work on irrigation clocks and sprinkler repairs. Fred is currently investigating non-operational irrigation zones to determine whether issues are related to valve wiring or other causes. An irrigation map is in progress but is not yet complete due to these ongoing issues.The Landscaping Committee is also addressing dead grass and bushes around the tennis court areas…
