Hi Everyone,   We hope everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving break. The board just wanted to send an e-mail out and provide an update as we wrap up the 2025 calendar year. Annual October Meeting   We wanted to give you an update on the Annual Meeting, which was held on Tuesday 10/21/25.  Unfortunately, we were unable to establish a quorum of homeowners, which is 30% of all homes in the community.  An informal forum was held to answer questions for those in attendance   As scheduled – an organizational meeting was held after closing the informal session in lieu of the annual meeting (as posted)  and below is the updated Torey Pines Board Of Dire
